BOCRA is responsible for the regulation of the Communications Sector in Botswana, comprising Telecommunications, Internet and Information and Communications Technologies (ICTs), Radio Communications, Commercial Broadcasting, Postal Services and related matters

Main Purpose of the Job

To provide a range of office management and secretarial services to Heads of Departments. The successful candidate must be a self-starter and must present a confident and professional image

Key Performance Areas

•Provide Secretarial support with maximum efficiency and confidentiality
•Provide administrative functions for Heads of departments, including meetings and travel arrangements, responding to calls, taking messages, screening incoming mail and handling general queries
•Handle correspondence and respond appropriately
•Assists with prioritisation and planning of office work
•Deals with all office logistical arrangement


Diploma in Secretarial Studies with fluency in English and Setswana


•At least two years post qualification experience as a personal secretary
•Knowledge of office automation facilities and equipment is essential
